Grace Kaler ran 26:05 for 4th place in the 1 to 14 age group, and it was a 40
second PR.

Chris did an outstanding job running her first 15K race (her longest race to date), finishing third in her age group. Unfortunately I was not able to run with her, and could only cheer her on at the finish line. I also got to see Gary Wallace out-kicked Steve Kohorst with less than a quarter mile to go.

Comments from Mike - Race conditions were excellent; nice rolling course, about 27 degrees, sunny and windy. My first race at the 8K distance, hence PR. Dennis ran the whole thing!!! He was a late entry and did not receive a free T-shirt. However, he managed to BUM a race shirt as a memento of the memorable race. Dan Murphy did an excellent job of organizing the event; recommend this race for folks next year!!!
