Many of the Striders volunteered for duties other than running - helping to make this one of the best directed races of the year for its size ( 174 finishers). Congratulations!

The Striders had a very good showing taking 12 age group awards.

Surprise of the day goes to Rob Nestor who proved that insane training does pay off.
