Directions to Sunday Morning Run in Rockaway:

Every  Sunday morning at 8:30am (9:00 am in the winter).  Loops are available from 3 to 13+ miles. The starting place for the Sunday run is the parking lot at 400 Morris Ave., Rockaway. Steve Austin is the coordinator: 908-813-0935 for more info!

From Rt. 80 West take the Hibernia Exit and go right and then make a quick left at traffic light onto Morris Ave.   Go past RR tracks and Ford Road & then turn left at parking lot before Hampton Inn. 400 Morris Avenue.

From Rt. 80 East  take the Hibernia exit and go left, under Rt 80 overpass and make a right at the 1st traffic light onto Morris Ave. Proceed past RR tracks and Ford Rd. and make left into parking lot before Hampton Inn.
